• • No LLM Training on Customer Data: Audio streams, call recordings, transcripts, and CRM data are strictly isolated and are NEVER used to train foundational AI models.
• • Enterprise Tenant Isolation: All customer data is stored in dedicated, logically isolated tenant databases with encryption at rest and in transit.
• • User Control & Deletion: Organizations maintain full ownership and can export or permanently delete audio files, transcripts, and account memory at any time.

3. AI & Audio Processing

Audio processed via the Live Copilot or Conversation Intelligence modules is processed through ephemeral memory pipelines for real-time diarization and signal extraction. Audio recordings are encrypted and retained strictly according to customer-configured retention policies.
